Christmas Changes

It's that time of year.
Christmas time is here.
From far away to nearby places,
People gather with familiar faces.
Christmas carolers outside to hear
Bring all inside the Christmas cheer.
As preacher tells the Christmas spirit
Everyone gathers 'round to hear it,
Holding hands and sharing love,
Looking at angels high above.
The time has come, it's Christmas Eve.
Everyone 'round starts to believe,
It's time to go; time to part.
We all leave with an open heart.
