Wisdom in the Ages
By Pamalia Culvern

Our Father has an amazing plan
To make us all in His image
Most can’t see His wisdom in this
And are bound in the shadows that hide

Created inside our Father’s heart
Though few know this to be true
His gift ushered in by His glorious grace
Blessed, heavenly, reassuring fate

Belief doesn’t make something true
Truth is true indeed
Once you hear and love takes hold
It’s clear as clear to see

Love is a rose and Love arose
His own hiding near and far
Worn and weary, solemn still
Prophecy now fulfilled

Darkness may fall and smother us
But we never are alone
Christ is our soldier advocate
His life Breath steadies us on

There is a moment one day to pass
Where every knee will bow
Let Hope renew your trust in Him
He will work out the how

Conquering Love and Searching Light
I bow to His plan for the ages
Though hidden throughout, shadows unveiled
In my Bible’s tear stained pages
