Dessert Ball

Joy is the Adult Faith Formation Director at Trinity United Methodist Church in Huntsville, Alabama.

1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
1 stick of butter
3/4 C powdered sugar
2 T brown sugar
3/4 C mini chocolate chips
Pecan chips

Cream cream cheese and butter till fluffy. Add sugar and mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Form into a ball and roll in pecans. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve as a spread on chocolate graham crackers.
